What's in the spreadsheet
- Summary
Total, rented and free units, occupancy rate, rent due per month, occupancy by size and rent received month by month.
- Units
One row per unit: building, floor, number, size, tenant, contact details, rent, deposit, move-in and move-out dates, badge and key. The unit status (free, occupied, leaving) updates itself.
- Rent
The amount received from each tenant, month by month, with the total for the year.
