Data collected

The "Book a demo" and "Get started" forms collect what you type in: name, phone, email, facility name and town, size and organisation of your facility.

With your request, we record the IP address and browser used, to filter out automated submissions.

This data is only used to call you back, prepare your account and help you get started. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold or transferred.

It is stored in our database (Cloudflare) and passed to the team by email (Resend) and internal messaging (Slack). These providers act as processors, under the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Three years from the last contact, then deleted. If you become a customer, the length of the contract plus legal retention periods.

Cookies and analytics

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookie. A single functional cookie remembers the language you chose (one year).

To measure traffic, we use our own cookie-free analytics: visits are counted in aggregate, from an anonymised technical fingerprint that cannot identify you. If you arrive through a campaign link, this tool keeps where you came from (source, campaign) in the local storage of your browser for up to 90 days. In line with the CNIL recommendation of 17 March 2022 on analytics tools exempt from consent, no consent is requested.
