Bulk creation enters a whole row of units at once, and the import takes your spreadsheet as it is. An advisor does this setup with you during the two hours of onboarding.
They stay yours. Buildings, floors, sizes, unit numbers, prices: Mokybox takes your setup as it is. There is nothing to rename.
You enter them with their start date, rent and deposit. Your own PDF contract template is used for the next ones.
That is the usual case. Every month, one line per contract, a "paid" tick box, and the monthly total. Past months stay available.
Mokybox tracks the month's rent. Your invoices stay in your invoicing software or with your accountant.
